Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery before installation. Installers may accidentally damage products during installation, so it’s important to review your order first.
If your order is incomplete or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance.

You must contact our customer service team via email before returning any item to receive return authorization.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition

The item must be returned in new, resalable condition.

Products must include all original packaging and accessories.

Accessories (lug nuts, center caps, etc.) must be securely packaged inside the return box.

Do not allow cardboard to touch the face of any wheel, as this may cause damage.

Shipping & Packaging

The product must be insured for its full value with your chosen carrier.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

We will not accept returns that are used, damaged, or improperly repackaged.

If a product arrives damaged, no refund will be issued and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Installation Restrictions

Returned items must not have been mounted, installed, or used in any way.

Once a tire has been mounted, wheels are not returnable.

Before mounting, a certified installer must test-fit one wheel (front and rear), rotate it 360°, and confirm proper clearances.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days under the same conditions as returns.

You are responsible for all applicable fees, including return shipping and insurance.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after 30 days.
